Black Rice with coconut milk

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Coconut Milk, 2 cup
    Forbidden rice black 1 cup

Directions

If using a can of coconut milk, add enough water to have 2 cups of liquid. The ratio of rice to liquid is 2 liquid; 1 rice.

Combine ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil
Cover with tight lid, lower to simmer and cook for time on bag for rice. Usually 45-50 minutes.

Might work in a rice cooker -- never used one.
