Rachel Mac's Primal Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/4 Cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 Cup of coconut flour
6.5 oz Silk coconut milk
3 eggs
2 Tsp vanilla extract
6 packets Truvia
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Tsp of baking powder
Vanilla cream: 2 oz Fage 0% greek yogurt, 1 packet Truvia, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 10 blueberries on top.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients (adding baking powder last), mix wet ingredients separately. Then add dry to wet gradually until blended. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 400* for 35 minutes.
Vanilla cream: 2 oz Fage 0% greek yogurt, 1 packet Truvia, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Add 10 blueberries.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins. One serving is 2 muffins.
