3 Lbs Potatoes Peeled and Sliced Thinly
2 Cups Diced Lean Ham
6 ounces Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 Onion Chopped Finely
1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Pepper

6 ounces Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Pepper

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Lbs Potatoes Peeled and Sliced Thinly
    2 Cups Diced Lean Ham
    6 ounces Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    1/2 Onion Chopped Finely
    1 Can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
    1 Tsp Salt
    2 Tsp Pepper

Directions

Mix together Milk, Condensed Soup and seasonings together in a bowl.
Combine Cheese, Onion and ham in a separate bowl.

Starting with potatoes first layer cheese and soup mix in three separate layers ending with cheese on top.

Cook in slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours

Serving Size: 8 Servings

  • I used the 'cream of' soup recipe instead of canned soup, left out the ham and added 3 sliced carrots to this. Sprinkled paprika over the top too. Yummy!! Added 2nd time: Left out carrots and ham, used cream of celery soup... still yummy!! - 6/26/11
