Creamy Pork Chop Dinner

Introduction

One meal all in one dish! A recipe from a cookbook that I changed a little. One meal all in one dish! A recipe from a cookbook that I changed a little.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4" slices
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4" thick and 4 oz. each)
    1 tbsp onion soup mix
    1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
    1 c cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c non fat milk

Directions

Place potatoes and carrots in a 2 qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a skillet coated with cooking spray, brown pork chops on both sides. Place over veggies.

In a small bowl, combine the soup mix, cornstarch, soup and milk until blended. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr. or until potatoes are tender.

Serving Size: 4 servings- 1 c veggies and 1 chop per person
