Asparagus Vinagrette

Introduction

Based on WW salad, This is bursting with the flavors of spring. I love the leftovers the next day if there are any. Based on WW salad, This is bursting with the flavors of spring. I love the leftovers the next day if there are any.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs asparagus
    1/4 cup wine or sherry vinegar
    2 TBS olive oil
    2 tsp granulated sugar
    1 oz toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Remove woody ends of asparagus and discard. Slant cut asparagus into 1 to 2 inch lengths. Steam for 3 to 4 minutes (until done to your preference) and cool with cold water immediately. Mix vinegar, olive oil and sugar. Just before serving toss asparagus with dressing, and then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
