Cassies Low Carb-Low calorie Chicken salad

Introduction

This is a really good chicken salad. I like to add choppid bits of apple with peel and a few (about 1/4 C Pecand or walnuts) This recipe however omits the apples and nuts but is still quite delicious and filling. Ingredients

    9 oz. canned chicken well drained.
    2 hard boiled eggs shelled and chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. light mayonaise
    Mrs. dash salt free seasoning to taste about 1/4 tsp.
    Black Pepper-1/4 tsp. or to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a bowel and mix well. Chill for an hour or longer if desired. Enjoy!
Serve as a sandwhich or on a bed of fresh lettous greens (not Iceberb), top with sliced garden fresh tomatoe and Dill pickle Spear for a very refreshing treat!
