wash brinjal. cut into small pieces. dry roast gingelly seeds. Grind in a blender gingelly seeds, roasted peanuts, goda masala, paprika, salt. Heat olive oil in a utensil. add mustard seeds, turmeric hing. saute till hing is fried. add chopped aubergine. stir so that oil is coated on brinjal. add ground masala over the brinjal . and sir nicely so that each piece is coated . add water adjust the salt. simmer till brinjal is cooked.
