Fish - Salmon Salad for two

Ingredients

    1 6 oz. Can of Skinless, Boneless Salmon in Water
    1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
    1/3 Cup Celery, diced
    2 TBS Dill Pickle Relish
    1/4 Cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise

Directions

Drain Salmon and set aside

Mix all ingredients together mixing thoroughly.

Place in refrigerator until time to serve.

2 - 2/3 Cup Servings
