Introduction

Not positive how much water I added, but this filled my dutch oven to the top on the stove top and was really tasty. The bell pepper was rather loud, might leave it out next time. Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 large onion chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cheddar soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups uncooked rice
    salt, pepper, spices to taste

Directions

brown cut chicken in olive oil, add onions and green peppers and cook till onions transparent. Add canned soup, 3 cans of water. simmer for 1 hour, add 2 cups uncooked rice Cook for 1 hour, adding water as needed
