    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 red bell pepper, chopped

    1 lb chicken, chopped rough
5 turkey sausages, casings removed and crumbled

    1 can diced tomatoes
1 can bean, black or kidney
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 cup chicken broth

1 pkg Brown Gravy mix, I used Southeastern Mills
1/4 cup cajun seasoning, or as preferred

    1 tbsp dried parsely flakes
1tsp-1 tbsp cayenne pepper, as preferred

Add chopped chicken and cook 2-3 minutes more. Add tomatos, tomato sauce, water, chicken broth and gravy mix. Stir in seasonings. When simmering, add the beans. Stir and let cook down another 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
