Introduction

Pumkin pudding with less sugar and more protien. Pumkin pudding with less sugar and more protien.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz can of 100% pure pumkin
    16oz fat free cottage cheese
    1 cup almond milk
    1/4 cup of splenda

Directions

Put pumkin, cottage cheese, milk and splenda in blender and blend until smooth. chill and serve. Add splenda to taste. You can add dark chol chips and light whip topping if you like. Calories are then 150.
