Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    fat free Vanilla yogurt, 1 cup
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    *Hain Sodium-free Baking Powder, 1 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Fiber One Cereal, 1 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 3/4 cup
    Raisins,3/4 cup, packed


Directions

mix first 6 ingredients well then add last 3 one item at a time until well mixed. Drop by heaping teaspoon on pan that has been sprayed with nonstick coating. Bake @350 for 12 - 14 min. Good with cup of coffee or green tea or all by themselves.

Also great with craisins or chocolate chips to make the children think they are not so healthy.
You can use regular baking powder if you have no sodium issues.
