Cinnamon Rolls with soy protein and whole wheat

Ingredients

Dough:
1 Tbsp shortening
3 Tbsp Plain yogurt
1 C whole wheat flour
1/3 C white flour
1/4 C soy protein isolate (unflavored)
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c milk
Filling:
quick spray of Pam
1/3 c brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Equipment needed:
Oven
Small mixing bowl
Fork
Rolling Pin
Cutting board
8-inch round pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
Cut in shortening and yogurt.
Add milk and knead.
Roll dough out in oblong shape.
Spray with a light coating of Pam.
Crumble brown sugar over dough.
Sprinkle with a generous amount of cinnamon. (I used about 2 Tbsp, I think.)
Roll up like a Jelly Roll, and be sure to pinch the seam to the roll to prevent opening.
Transfer to cutting board and slice in to 7 pieces.
Spray 8-inch pan with Pam, and transfer rolls onto pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees
