Tofu and noodles

Introduction

I made this myself when I was experimenting on tofu recipies I made this myself when I was experimenting on tofu recipies
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Tofu
    Soy sauce
    egg noodles
    carrots (thin sticks)
    cucumber

Directions

put a medium sized wok ont he stove and a large pot filled with water next to it.
Turn the stove with the wok on 6.0 and drain the tofu.
Put the tofu in the wok and add some soy sauce for flavor.
Turn the other side of the stove on high to boil.
Then pour the noodles in and turn the heat to 5.0
After the tofu turns somewhat brown, pour the cucumber and carrots in.
Put the rest of the soy sauce in with the veggies.
When the noodles are done, drain the water out of the pot and put the noodles back into the pot.
When the tofu and veggies are done cooking, mix them with the noodles and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
