Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 8 medium peeled and cubed
    Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 6 oz
    Creamed Corn one can
    Skim milk 1 1/2 cups
    Green Onions 1/4 cup, chopped
    Carrots 1/4 cup, sliced
    Cubed Ham 2 cups

Directions

Place potatoes and carrots in dutch oven and add enough water to just cover potatoes. Boil until tender. Reduce heat and add Velveeta, corn, onions, and ham. Cook until heated through.

Makes approximately 8 servings
