Introductioni just made this out of stuff in my cupboard i just made this out of stuff in my cupboard
Beans, navy,1 can
Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can
Diced Tomatoes 1 can
Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces (i had and itallian marinated chicken)
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
i used an itallian blend
if you want it thicker, unthaw the vegetablees and drain the liquid
drain and rinse the beans
mix all reamaining ingrediants together,
i put minr in a dish with a cover and shake, or toss like a salad.
Serving Size: 1-2 cups
