Best Paprika Chicken EVER!!!!

Introduction

This is the best recipe I've ever had and surprisingly low in calories if you stick to the serving size (which is amost impossible)! Great over brown rice (calories not included). Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Kirkland chicken tenderloins
    2 tsp season salt
    1.5 tsp paparika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/3 cup cooking sherry/wine
    2 tsp worcester sauce
    8 oz canned mushrooms
    4 oz fat free greek plain yogurt

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in zip lock bag. Add cut up pieces of chicken and shake to coat (easier to do in small amounts at a time). Brown coated chicken in skillet under medium heat. Add liquid ingredients and mushrooms and mix well. Simmer for approx 30 - 45 mins. Add yogurt and Mix Heat and Eat!
