Ingredients

1 package Wacky Mac Veggie Spirals (12 oz)
4 Tbsp olive oil
Black olives, 5 jumbo, sliced
2 C mushrooms, sliced
1 C cucumber, sliced
2 C zucchini, sliced
1/2 Onion, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, sliced
Directions
Boil the pasta. While it's boiling, slice the onions and garlic. Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil and saute the onions and garlic.
While the pasta is boiling and the onions and garlic are sauteing, slice the zucchini. Add the zucchini to the onion and garlic mixture once they are fragrant. Saute the mixture until the zucchini is to your liking (texture wise).
Drain the pasta and add the sauteed veggies. Slice the cucumber, black olives, mushrooms, and remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
ENJOY!!!
