Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 lb ground beef
    1 cup dry oatmeal
    1/4 cup ketsup
    1 medium sized onion chopped up

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. In a regular sized loaf pan lay down alluminum foil inside pan covering all sides of pan. Put mixture into loaf pan evenly. put into oven, on bake, for about an hour dont forget to check to see if it is done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 inch slices
