Ingredients

    2 pound pork center loin roast, well trimmed
    1/4 cup of texas pete
    1/2 cup Apple Cider vinegar
    1 cup of water
    salt, pepper, red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Place roast in crock pot. Mix hot sauce, vinegar, water, and spices. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4 hours.
