Introduction

this sauce is good over pasta, rice, quinoa, or couscous this sauce is good over pasta, rice, quinoa, or couscous
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers
    1 cup chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Zucchini
    3 cloves Garlic
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    .75 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste,
    .5 cup Tomato Sauce,
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw,
    1 cup, chopped Mushrooms
    1 tbsp Oregano
    1 tbsp Thyme
    2 tbsp Basil

Directions

saute in small amount of water: onions, green peppers, zucchini, carrots, and garlic. Add mushrooms tomatoes, sauce and paste. All all spices( adjust to taste). simmer for about an hour.
Pour over pasta, rice, chicken, quinoa etc..
