Whole Wheat pancakes

Ingredients

    3 cups milk ( I used half 1% and half 2%)
    6 TBS canola oil
    3 large eggs
    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 cup unbleached white flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1.5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Combine milk, applesauce, and eggs. Wisk. Then add flours, baking powder and soda, and salt. Mix until moistened. Makes 22 pancakes.
