Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken tenderlions
    2 cups italian bread crumbs
    2 tbs garlic powder
    2 tbs onion powder

Directions

put bread crumbs, garlic powder, and onion powder in ziploc bag. Mix well. Place chicken tenderlions in bag, zip and shake until coated. Place on a baking sheet and place in oven at 375 degrees. Cook for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Turn half way through.

Serving Size: makes 8 3 finger servings
