Green Protein Pancakes

Introduction

A pancake I've kind of played with recipes and tried different things. You could leave the avocado out and use pumpkin, butternut or acorn squash. You could also leave out chocolate chips and use some agave instead drizzled over. A pancake I've kind of played with recipes and tried different things. Ingredients

    1/4c. Great Value Old Fashioned Oats
    4 -Egg white
    1-2 c. Spinach
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    2 TB- Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
    1/4 -Advocado

Directions

Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a magic bullet. Blend together. Then heat a large skillet on medium heat sprayed with coconut oil. Pour 3 pancakes. Let cook until solid enough to fip. Cook until done. Sometimes the pancakes get a little brown on both sides and then I still warm them in the microwave just to be done enough on the inside!
