Sausage, Broccoli, and Pasta Shells

Ingredients

    Johnsonville Brats, 6, cut up
    Steamfresh broccoli, 1 pkg, cooked
    Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can (including the juice)
    Philadelphia Cooking Cream, Italian
    Small Shells, 1 lb bag
    Garlic, two cloves, finely chopped
    Olive oil-1 tsp

Directions

Boil shells according to package directions; drain. In a large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil until aromatic. Add bratwursts and saute until no longer pink, about ten minutes; drain. Place back in pan and add stewed tomatoes, and saute another 5 minutes until sauce is slighly thickened. Add in cooked broccoli, shells, and Philadelphia cooking cream, and saute for 2-3 min. or until thoroughly mixed and warmed throughout. Serve 1 cup portions with an 1/8 cup of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
