Beef and Bean Stew

Introduction

Nice and easy for the crock pot! Nice and easy for the crock pot!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb top round steak cut into small cubes
    2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 small can baked beans
    1 can yellow corn, drained
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 can beef broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 4.5 oz can chopped green chilis
    1 large onion chopped
    2 stalks celery chipped
    1/4 c long grain rice
    1-2 TBS chili powder
    1/4 tsp salt


Directions

Put all ingredients into crock pot, and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

Serving Size: Serves 10-12
