Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

    9 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 can carrots
    1 can cut green beans
    1/2 med onion
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    12 oz fat free brown gravy
    1 tsp salt, divided
    1/2 tsp rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2/3 cup ff milk
    2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter

Directions

boil chopped potatoes...cook ground beef with the onion until done...drain...add carrots, green beans, 1/2 of salt and the other spices...transfer to greased 3 qt baking dish

drain potatoes...mash with remaining salt, milk and butter...spread over top of meat mixture...top with parmesan...bake in 375 degree oven for 40-45 min or until heated through
