Rumbamel's Tortellini Salad

Introduction

My husband's family member made this with broccoli, cauliflower and probably the imitation bacon bits and regular ranch. It was so good I had to try it at home. Ingredients

    -240 g Priano frozen cheese tortellini from Aldi (this was the remains in the bag I had ) about 2 1/2 servings
    -243 g Priano frozen meat tortellini from Aldi (also the remains in the bag that I had) about 2 1/2 servings

    ***1 serv. of their tortellini is 100g
    -2 C diced fresh zucchini or about 260 g
    -3 oz diced carrots, I like to use baby carrots
    -3 T Hormel's 50% less fat bacon bits
    -1/2 C Rumbamel's ranch dressing made with 1 C skim milk, 1 C Hellmann's or Kraft Olive oil mayo and 3 T Hidden valley dry ranch mix
    -1 C chopped fresh tomatoes drained

Directions

---Cook tortellini according to package directions and then chill completely.

---MEANWHILE, mix all ingredients EXCEPT the tortellini in a large bowl. Add the tortellini when it is cooled. Serve immediately.

---Makes 6 servings of a little over 1 C each.
