Introduction

I really love the flavors of greek style foods. So I took some of my favorites and made them into a regular salad with greens. With the hopes of cutting down the calories. I have the salad as a meal and sometimes put a little grilled chicken or some couscous with it. Cut the salad in half for two side dishes I really love the flavors of greek style foods. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Cup of mixed greens lettuce
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
    1/2 cup cucumber, diced
    1 tbs onion chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    6 tablespoons Red Wine Vineagar
    1 tablespoon Oregano
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 oz feta cheese

Chop vegetables toss with vineagar and oil, season to taste
