Low Carb Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
3 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
2 packets or 1 dropper of Liquid Stevia
Salt, dash
Directions
Separate the egg whites and yolks
Put egg whites into a bowl and add cream of tartar . Use electic mixer to blend until stiff peaks form.
*You can test this by lifting a little bit of the mixture on the beater and the point that forms should keep it's form.
Soften cream cheese in the microwave
In a separate bowl mix together the cream cheese, egg yolks, salt and stevia until well incorporated.
Take small amounts of egg whites and gently fold it all into the yolk mixture. Becareful not to over mix as this will cause the mixture to deflate.
Spoon mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet in six to eight equal mounds. (you can also make pizza crust by spreading the mixture into pancake like rounds)
Bake at 300 degrees for 35-55 minutes depending on altitude. Once the bread has been cooking for 35 minutes be sure to check every few minutes until the tops are lightly browned.
