Mocha Peanut Butter Protein Frap

Ingredients

    Fresh Brewed Coffee-8 oz
    Peanut Butter (or Almonds)-2 tbsp
    Egg white protein- 1/2 cup
    No sugar added Cocoa mix (or cocoa powder-3 tbsp)

Directions

Put fresh brewed coffee in blender and add oat bran. Let oat bran absorb coffee. Add other ingredients and blend with ice to desired thickness. If you have time it would be better to blend ingredients and let it thicken in the freezer. Blender Bottle works awesome for this.

Serving Size: Makes one large, or 2 small smoothies
