Ingredients

    3 bonelss chicken breasts, diced
    5 bacon slices, diced
    1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 clove or tbsp chopped garlic
1.5 cups tri color bell peppers, sliced
    juice of 2 limes
    1 can drained diced tomatoes
1/2 package of trader joe's farfalle pasta, cooked

Directions

Put the water on to boil for the pasta first. while cooking the farfalle, in a large pan/skillet sautee the bacon (use a scissors and cut all the pieces first, it's way easier) with the garlic, onion and tri color bell peppers. throw in a little kosher salt (dash) to bring out flavor. One the bacon is crispy done, over a paper towel on a plate dump out the contents of the skillet to drain the extra fat.
Water should be ready! Add your pasta!
Put veggies and bacon BACK into the skillet and add your chicken, which should be diced/cubed for quick cooking. Once the chicken is 75% cooked through add your drained diced tomatoes and stir it all together for about 5 minutes or so on low heat.
Once pasta is done, throw your lime juice on the chicken bacon yum thing,
in a big bowl combine drained cooked pasta and chicken bacon yum thing. Enjoy!
