Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake

Introduction

This is a great Weight Watchers recipe. It is very chocolatey if you need a chocolate fix!!! This is a great Weight Watchers recipe. It is very chocolatey if you need a chocolate fix!!!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Preheat oven 350 degrees
    spray a 9 inch square pan with nonstick spray, I use a casserole dish to avoid it boiling over in my oven.
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Use only 1/3 cup of cocoa this time. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, butter and vanilla. stir just until blended, spoon the batter evenly into the pan.
    Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa in a bowl. Spread over the batter. Gently pour boiling water over the top in a zig zag fashion. Cook about 30 minutes....depending on your oven. Cut into 9 squares and serve warm.
    It is very nice with ice cream or whipped topping on it also.
