Seafood scampi

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter
    1 med onion cut into wedges
    1 green pepper cut into strips
    1 clove garlic finely chopped
    4 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper
    6 oz cooked fettuccini noodles

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet on medium high. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic for 3 minutes. Add remaining scampi ingredients and stir for 3 minutes. Add fettuccini, toss and heat through.
