Introduction

This is great on toast or add to yogurt with pineapple or anything else you love coconut in. You can even add cocoa to the mix. Ingredients

    2 Cups of shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

Directions: Process in a food processor (or capable blender) for about 10 minutes until a butter forms, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Yields: approx almost 1 cup coconut butter
