A basic run of the mill smoothie that I love to make in the morning. I used soy milk for this but almond milk or regular milk can be used. Low sugar treat for breakfast or a snack! Ingredients

    1/2 cup of frozen or thawed strawberries, unsweetened
    2 Tbsps of peanut butter
    1 cup soy milk

Directions

Add all ingredients into blender and blend That's it!
