Makes 6 servings
1 lb 93/7 ground beef
1 12oz bag frozen seasoning blend (onion, celery, red & green pepper)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 15oz can tomato sauce, no salt added
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
1 15oz can black beans
1 cup fresh mushrooms (chopped)
1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
2. Add mushrooms, all canned ingredients with liquids plus 1/2 can water and chili powder.
3. Bring to slow boil then simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
