When you want a frozen burrito or taco bell burrito, this is a quick fix that will stick with you and the calories aren't outrageous considering they are fairly large!I do know the sodium is quite high.. I didn't say it was perfect! :-P When you want a frozen burrito or taco bell burrito, this is a quick fix that will stick with you and the calories aren't outrageous considering they are fairly large!

Ingredients
-
Best Choice Fat Free Refried Beans, 1/4 cup
Best Choice whole wheat tortillas, 1tortilla
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar, 1/4 cup *
Hormel Chili Turkey 98% fat free no beans, 1/2 cup
You can use any cheese you like, this is just what I preferred because it melts better than any of the fat free cheddar I have tried =)
ALSO, If you make these try to use La Tortilla Brand Tortillas!! I finally found them in my town but already had Best Choice on hand. Using that brand will cut the calories, and almost DOUBLE the fiber!
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*
Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray or line with foil.
Place 1/2 cup of chili in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until warm.
Do the same thing with 1/4 cup beans.
Next, Place your tortilla on the prepared cookie sheet. Pour on the chili, beans, and add the cheese. Roll the best you can and place in oven until the cheese is melted. If your oven has the option, switch to the broiler and let the tortilla get crunchy!
I've topped mine with sour cream and taco sauce before, but that is not worked in to the nutritional value above.
