Introduction

Ingredients

    1# orzo
    cucumber
    Tomatoes
    Red Onion
    Artichoke Hearts
    Red/Kidney Beans
    Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Cook Orzo according to directions. make sure to rinse immediately in cold water and drain well. Assemble rest of ingredients in big bowl. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Garnish with tomatoes and sprig of fresh basil if desired.
