Ingredients

Tropical fruit salad, Sweet Harvest, in light syrup- 15 oz can
Apples, 1 large fresh, 186.1 grams
peach slices, Meijer basics in heavy syrup- 15.25 oz. can
Mangos, 0.85 fruit without refuse
*Fit & Active Dried Apricots, 1.73 serving/70 grams
Grapes, 90 grape
Meijer bartlett pear halves, lite- 15 oz can
Dole mandarin oranges in light syrup-11 oz can-dgg, 1 serving
Tips
I wouldn't normally use peaches in heavy syrup but I had them on hand and would have added 2 full servings of the apricots if I had em.
Directions
Don't drain as the liquid keeps every thing fresh. Cut peaches and pears into 4 or 5 pieces. Cut mango into small pieces then suck the pit. Sliver then dice the apricots. Peel apple and cut into 1/8ths then remove the core from each piece with paring knive. Cut the 1/8ths into 1/16ths and then cut into pieces over bowl. Mix together and sprinkle with cardamom, nutmeg, all spice and cinnamon.
