Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    6 small cans Tomato sauce
    2 small cans tomato paste
    2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 or 3 bay leaves
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp sage
    1/2 tbsp pepper
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp ground thyme
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 can zucchini, Italian Style
    1 package Italian Sausage
    1 pound ground beef

Directions

Cut up and pan cook the sausage and ground beef. You can use either the mild or spicy depending on your taste.

Add all other ingredients into pot and start simmering. The list of spices is really to taste. Add or subtract spices to taste. Rinse cooked Sausage/Beef and add to sauce. Simmer, Stirring Occasionally for as long as you need while noodles are cooking. Makes 15, 1 cup servings.
