Pulled Pork

Ingredients

    1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 Tbsp Chili powder
    100g Pork Tenderloin
    3/4 cup Super Easy BBQ sauce
    1 cup Water
    1/2 cup Super Easy BBQ sauce

Directions

Trim pork of visible fat. Heat oil in large non stick skillet. Rub spice over roast and then brown in pan on all sides. Transfer to crockpot center. Drizzle with 3/4 cup BBQ sauce and pour water around roast. Cover and refridgerate over night. In morning place centre back in based and set to low. Cook about 8 hours. Remove pork to a cookie sheet and shred it using 2 forks. Return to crockpot and stir in 1/2 cup BBQ sauce . Stir to coat.
Serve on buns with Mexi-Mayo
