8 oz chicken breast, cut into cubes 1 lrg sweet red pepper cut into chunks 10 fresh mushrooms, cut in halves 1 large red onion cut into wedges olive oil and olive oil cooking spray mccormick montreal chicken seasoning
Preheat grill. Skewer the following ingredients alterating each: pepper, chicken, mushroom, onion. When all items are skewered, lightly brush the skewers with the olive oil and olive oil cooking spray. Then sprinkle the seasoning on the skewers. Grill kabobs for 5 minutes then rotate and grill for an additional 5 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice. (rice calorie count is not included in this recipe.)
