Ingredients

1.25 cups white flour
3 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
10 tbsp cocoa powder
4 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
4 tbsp splenda (or more depending on taste)
about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (more/less)
1 tbsp lemon juice
(original recipe called for baking POWDER instead of soda, I used the wrong one and added lemon juice to balance it out, so if preferred use same amount of powder and leave out lemon juice)
Directions
Mix together all dry indgredients
Add liquids and blend.
Make pancakes! Makes about 12 pancakes, more or less depending on size. I topped with cream cheese topping. (recipe posted)
