Low Carb Berry Muffins

Introduction

A very delicous muffin bursting with berries. They are low in carbs, has extra protein ane low in calories too! They are wonderful and don't taste 'Good For You' ! Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 cup
    *Almased Synery Diet Drink (10Tblspoons), 1.75 serving
    *Yogurt, fat free plain yogurt from Publix, 6 oz
    *tap water 9 oz, 6 oz
    *blueberries, blueberry fresh, 2 cup


Directions

Add all dry ingredients to a large bowel. Mix Well and then add the wet ingredients except the Berries. Mix until well blended. Finally add the berries (you can use any kind of berry) Mix just until berries are incorporated into batter.
Spoon batter into greased and floured muffin cups until 3/4 full. (You can use bakers joy if you choose)
Baqke in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F. for 12 to 15 minuets. Serve hot or cooled.
***NOTE: You can use any kind of protein powder you like but note that it may change the nutrient content/values) You can also omit the protein powder but this will reduce the amount of nutrients in the recipe. (You can't taste the protein.)
