Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    Barilla Whole Grain pasta, 6 oz
    Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
    Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    mayonnaise light ShopRite, 5 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    salt/pepper to taste
    Spanish paprika

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on package. Allow to cool. Chop/mince green pepper and onion. Shred carrot. Mix vegetables in with cooked cooled pasta. In separate small bowl, blend together well vinegar, mayo and spices. Fold mayo mixture into pasta/veggies. Sprinkle with paprika. Cool at least 6 hours in refrigerator or overnight prior serving. Makes 8 half-cup servings.
