Introduction

chili made with ground beef, could use bison or other game. added pork loin as this was already in frig. Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    10 oz pork loin (left over)
    0.5 cup green pepper minced
    0.5 cup onion minced
    2 cloves garlic
    8 oz salsa
    1 can beef broth
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1.5 tbsp cumin ground
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 large can whole tomatoes no salt added, crush by hand
    1/8 almond flour

Directions

brown ground beef along with onion, green pepper, and garlic. dice pork loin. mix with remaining ingredients. simmer for a couple hours or place in crock pot or slow cooker for 4 hours on high.
