Introduction

These are a modified version of a really great recipe. These are a modified version of a really great recipe.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    8oz. Cream Cheese
    16oz. Fat free cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 cup Truvia
    24 low fat Nilla wafers
    3 eggs

Directions

Cream the cheeses till mixed,add sugar and mix thoroughly , add eggs and vanilla and mix till smooth. Put one wafer in each lined cupcake holder and add cream cheese batter to each cupcake liner . Bake 20 minutes and cool in fridge 2 hours or overnight. Add whatever Sugar Free topping you like.
