Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/4 c parmesan
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
8 oz part-skim shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup tomato sauce
4 oz part-skim shredded mozzarella
2 oz turkey pepperoni
1 c sliced zucchini
1/2 cup bell pepper (strips)
Directions
Mix eggs and cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Stir in parmesan, oregano, and garlic. Stir in 8 oz mozzarella. Spread in a well greased 9x13" pan, bake at 375 until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce over crust. Layer zucchin slices, pepperoni, and peppers. Top with remaining 4 oz of mozzarella. Return to oven until cheese begins to brown.
I cut mine into 4 servings. Can be cut into 8 if you serve a salad or other side dish.
