    1 stick of butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 cups flour
    1 gallon milk
    8 cunces chipped beef

Directions

melt butter in large pan. add olive oil and flour and mix until well combined. add milk and stir over medium heat until boiling. serve warm over biscuits or scrambled eggs.
